Before you start
Is the mock interview free?
New accounts receive 10 minutes without a card. Rehearsal and live support draw from that shared allowance. Paid time and fixed-duration passes are available when you need more.
Do I need the desktop app?
The interview workflow uses InterviewShadow for Windows or macOS. Create an account, install the app and check audio before starting a practice session.
Will it write experience I do not have?
Use your résumé and notes as the evidence. Review every suggestion and leave out claims you cannot explain or substantiate.
Can I practise without signing up?
The STAR story worksheet on this website is free and works without an account. Desktop interview rehearsal requires an account.
Does practice guarantee an offer?
No. Practice can help you prepare your explanation, but an employer's decision depends on the role, your skills and the assessment.
