Shipping & delivery policy

InterviewShadow is an online service. No physical goods are shipped, and there are no shipping charges.
1. How the Service is delivered
The Service is delivered digitally through your InterviewShadow account in a web browser. It can be used from any location with an internet connection.
2. When you get access
- Your plan is activated on your account immediately after the payment succeeds, usually within a few minutes.
- A confirmation email with your payment receipt is sent to your registered email address.
- If your plan is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, email tech@interviewshadow.com with your transaction ID and we will resolve it.
3. Access period
- Monthly plan: 30 days from activation.
- Quarterly plan: 90 days from activation.
