InterviewShadow is an online interview preparation service. You choose a role and topic, answer mock interview questions asked by an AI interviewer, and receive feedback on your answers so you can practise again.

Feedback is generated automatically and is intended as guidance for practice. It may not always be accurate or complete, and you should use your own judgement when acting on it.

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and be able to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Accounts are personal and may not be shared, resold or transferred.
• Tell us straight away at tech@interviewshadow.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

• Monthly: ₹2,000 for 30 days of access.
• Quarterly: ₹5,000 for 90 days of access.

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Each plan is a one-time payment for its access period, which starts when the plan is activated. Plans do not renew automatically; to continue after your access period ends, purchase a new plan.

Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment gateway. We do not see or store your full card, UPI or net banking details. We may change prices in future; any change will not affect a plan you have already paid for.

All payments are non-refundable, except in the limited cases described in our Refund & cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose;
• upload content you do not have the right to share, including other people's personal data;
• copy, scrape, reverse engineer or resell any part of the Service;
• interfere with the security or operation of the Service, or attempt to access it by automated means;
• harass, abuse or impersonate any person.

You keep ownership of the answers, resumes, job descriptions and other material you submit. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that material only to provide and improve the Service for you, as described in our Privacy policy.

The Service, including its software, questions, design, text and branding, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own interview preparation while your plan is active.

The Service helps you prepare. It does not guarantee any interview result, job offer or employment outcome.

We work to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, and may add, change or remove features. If a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes during its access period, we will tell you by email.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of opportunity, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the Service and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Closing an account does not entitle you to a refund, except as set out in our refund policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify registered users by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
